Normally, aircraft do not reload their munitions while flying.
When they land, ground crew load their munitions.
The ground loader fulfills that role.
When a rack is sufficiently close to the ground loader and the rack has been stationary for 6 seconds, it will reload the rack with a 0.5x efficiency multiplier regardless of conditions.
Racks must be within the orange sphere and ammo crates within the red sphere for it to work.
For this to work, your rack and ammo crate should be validly linked to each other on spawn.
